Prism Golf Company has been an idea in my head for a while. Putting it out into the world is exciting and a little weird, and honestly I should have done it sooner.
The whole thing is built on one line: Refocus Your Game. Golf is part of that, obviously, but I mean it more broadly. To me it means stepping back, resetting your head, and being intentional about how you show up, on the course and off it. Golf is the best reminder I know that getting better takes patience and perspective, and that you keep going after a bad shot, a bad hole, or a bad day.
Where Prism comes from
I grew up with very little. I made my share of mistakes along the way, and at some point I decided to keep working at becoming a better person, a better father, and a better provider. I’m still working on all three.
Golf fits that, because you never really finish with it. There’s always something off in your swing, your putting, or your head. Prism is my way of turning that same work into a business.
The golf gear we want to make
Prism is for people who love golf and love good gear.
I’ve always loved the nerdy side of the game: gadgets, accessories, and the small details that make a round more fun and more dialed in. I like products that actually do something and design that looks clean and modern. I don’t like brands that look like they came out of a 1997 country club brochure, and that’s a big reason Prism exists. I wanted a golf brand with some personality that still respects the game, for golfers who love the tradition and also love cool stuff.
So I want to make golf gadgets, accessories, and gear that people get excited about and actually use. The products are only part of it, though.
What golf teaches
Golf teaches patience and discipline, and it hands out humility whether you asked for it or not. It brings people together. It can give you confidence or a reset, or just something to look forward to. I don’t think any of that should stop at your scorecard. I want it to carry into how you lead, how you handle setbacks, and how you show up for other people.
Giving back
Community outreach has been part of Prism from the start. We’ve done some already, and there’s more coming. I want to keep finding ways to help kids and anyone else who needs a shot, and to use golf to do some good off the course.
Who Prism is for
There are a lot of golf brands out there. Some are great. Some feel like they were built in a boardroom by people who’ve never been obsessed with the game.
Prism is for golfers who want something more modern and closer to real life. You care about the details, you get weirdly excited about gadgets, and you think golf can respect its roots without being stuck in them. If you’re into golf gear and the idea that the game can mean more than a number on a scorecard, you’re in the right place.
